Andy Jacobson - Principal

I have been teaching since 2004  in Physical Education & Health, then  promoted to my current position of school Principal.  I have a Masters in Educational Leadership from Concordia St. Paul, and a K-12 Comprehensive Physical Education and Coaching degree from UW River Falls.

My favorite bible verse is:

I can do all things through Christ who strengthens me.
Philippians 4:13

The harder you work, the luckier you get.  Luckier is defined as the faith and sacrifice to do the very best you can in all situations. Another would be:

So Christ himself gave the apostles, the prophets, the evangelists, the pastors and teachers to equip his people for works of service, so that the body of Christ may be built up until we all reach unity in the faith and in the knowledge of the Son of God.
Ephesians 4: 11-13

I am a teacher.  I am a coach.  I love teaching kids.   I am a taller gentleman that strives to make a difference in every person that I have encountered throughout my life.  I have prided myself on teaching good sportsmanship in all facets of my life.  I believe my faith as a Catholic has brought me to this school to do the very very best in everything that I do.

I am married to the love of my life Jen and have twins, Luke and Lexi, who are in 3rd grade at Transfiguration.  I love to watch them grow and learn the Transfiguration Way.  I am an avid sports fan, from WI, so I love too the Brewers, Badgers and Packers, no matter the score.
